Student Scholarship program – #DigiScholar
We have started a Scholarship for the bright students of vernacular medium schools on the merit-cum-means basis. Since a good education opens up the doors of a better life for the entire family, we encourage people to educate their children, and we are here to support them monetarily in this effort.
Mentoring for a better future
Investing in the future of the nation, our employees mentor to the recipients of our scholarship programmes. We organise interactive weekend sessions, workshops to provide guidance to the students on soft skills and career planning.
We understand business and hence understand how important it is to encourage budding entrepreneurs. With an intention to make the world a better workplace, we invest in entrepreneurs who have the skills and characteristics to build a business and a social well being.
We initiated a drive to collect clothes and distributed them among the destitute.
Payroll Giving- encouraging employees to contribute to the society
We instill a culture of giving back to the society among our employees. So we encourage them to contribute to various social causes, including animal welfare, care for the elderly, disability, environment, special needs, health care or livelihood promotion. They just need to inform about their intention, the amount and the cause they prefer, it will be donated on their behalf.
